Fantastic exoerience first appointment was nervous due to high anxiety of going to the dentist after previous bad experiences, from the moment I walked was made to feel at ease by the receptionist, the dentist her self absolutely amazing after first visit felt at ease 5 weeks later all treatment finished and feels amazing all phobias of visiting a dentist are in the past, everything explained regarding treatment and reassurance throughout was fantastic. Would highly recommend my dentist especially if u r as nervous as I first was.
Really caring dental practice. I've been a long-term patient and I wouldn't want to change. Everyone from the lovely receptionist down to the dentist himself are friendly and supportive. They are good with children and you don't have to wait long for treatment.

The only fault that I have found is that sometimes takes a very long time to answer the telephone even to the point it cuts off and you have to ring again. The reception staff are always polite and obliging to me and have not had a problem, probably talk to them with respect, I do not seem to have a problem booking an appointment that suits me. I only try to see one of two doctors , both of who have been brilliant with my ailments and they both seem to be of the same opinion unlike a lot of doctors who have different opinions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery.

Having been a patient at this practice for 7 years, I have been very pleased overall with the level of service. I have never been denied a same day appointment on the few occasions I have need such, for myself or my Daughter. I would think 95% of my appointments have been within 5 mins of stated time, and I have never felt rushed during an appointment, and have had my questions answered, even when requiring long answers. It can be frustrating when trying to get through on the phone to the repeat prescription line, and sometimes to the receptionists, but I can imagine this is a universal situation. Happy with the service, the staff and the Doctors. Recommended :-)

It's a place that acts as local hospital and specialist appointment place. At the rear is a Hospis,The newer buildings on the south side house two Surgery practices. The parking there is free busy but fast turn around at peak times, Also disable parking bays are available. Also Local to the practices is a prescription Pharmacy "Boots" which also deliver to the local area. Really nice place and staff friendly.

Called into my local boots pharmacy located on the North Road in Retford today feeling under the weather suffering with a head cold. I received excellent customer care from employee Sam who advised me of the most effective medicine for a speedy recovery. I found her to be a breath of fresh air and an asset to the Boots brand name, the shop was busy but nothing was too much trouble.

These opticians are really brilliant. Courteous, caring, efficient and good value. Their priority is clearly to take best care of your eyes rather than sell you the maximum number of spectacles in the most expensive frames possible. In fact, on my first visit they polished and adjusted my specs without cost, and pointed out that the existing lenses were perfectly fine for my eyes, unless I specifically wanted fancy new fames. They are now the optician of choice for our family, and I highly recommend them!

WOW!!! Words can't do this little gem of a heaven in Retford justice! I initially went to Maxine for hopi candles last year which blew me away as id had them done in Bali a few months before and Maxines were 100% better, such a relaxing and professional treatment. I then booked my husband in. He loved it too! (And said he felt very comfortable with Maxines professional manner) Then... I booked my best friend in for a full body massage and pedicure. She loved it! I bought an Elemis facial kit from Amanda and she explained there was a promotion and I qualified for a facial so I booked in. I have had many facials in my 44 years but none as good as this! Amazing product and top notch service. I will be back next month for another facial guaranteed.
